The application process is simple and easy to complete. It is completely online. Simply click the Apply Now button to begin the application process. Then, start by registering a NEW STUDENT ACCOUNT.

IMPORTANT:
Please be sure that you are applying for the correct school year from the drop down list!

If you have children that currently attend GDCS, please indicate this on your application to be placed on the “sibling priority seating” list.

Important!

Enrollment preference is given to Jersey City residents. If seats remain unfilled thereafter then the lottery will open up to students from our neighboring towns.

If the number of student applications exceeds the number of seats available, we will use a lottery system to fill available seats. Otherwise, if we have seats available, all applications will be eligible to continue with the enrollment process.

(PreK3 parents, please note, seats are limited in this grade level)
